It’s a complicated process and it takes an ultimate knowledge of cannabis, cannabis law, and the cannabis business in general. We can guarantee that all our products have been tested by state-approved laboratories and they are all tested and in compliance with both state and federal law.

We ship to all states where legal hemp products can be sold and distributed. We offer free shipping on in-house products and have agreements in place to handle retail sales in Texas for Vlasic Labs. Most orders are shipped within one business day of being placed. If an order is placed before 11:00 a.m. Central Time (CT), it will go out on the same day. An order is placed on a Friday after 11:00 a.m. CT, it will not go out until Monday. 

On the rare occasion that it takes longer than this, we'll reach out to you and let you know when to expect your package. If you don't see any updates from us, feel free to reach out at sasquathca@gmail.com.

Note: We do not have our own delivery service, which means that once a package leaves our warehouse, it's in the hands of the USPS.

We accept all cancellation requests before the printing process begins. Unfortunately, if your order has been sent to print, it can’t be canceled.

As soon as a shipping label is created for your order, you will receive an automatic email with your tracking information. Please allow between 2-5 business days for this to update. You can access your tracking information in your account on our website.

If you do not see your tracking information within two business days of your order being placed, please reach out to us at sasquathca@gmail.com, and we'll be happy to keep you updated.

Everyone’s body is different. In general, most of our customers feel the effects of our products within 1-2 hours of consumption. We believe it’s important to start with a smaller amount and increase your serving size as needed.

All of our products are vegan-friendly.
